Responisble Gaming (Estonian)
General
Gambling at an online casino should always be aimed at entertainment. However, there is a certain percentage of people who may lose control over their gambling. Before starting to play, it is important to realise that gambling should never be seen as a source of income or a way to recover from debts. It is helpful to monitor both the time and money spent on gambling daily.
If you notice that gambling is interfering with your daily life or you are spending more than you can afford, we strongly encourage you to take action. Use the responsible gaming features available on our platform and seek help when needed.
Types of RG tools
To assist you in gambling responsibly we offer the Personal Limits feature. Limits can be set from the "Responsible Gambling" tab, or by submitting a request via chat, email, or the contact form on the website.
Every user has an option to set one of the following limits:
Wager limit—the amount of money the user can wager (bet) is limited for a period of time (a day, week or month).
Deposit limit—the amount of money the user can deposit is limited for a period of time (a day, week or month).
Loss limit—the amount of money that can be lost by the user is limited for a period of time (a day, week or month).
Time spend limit—the limit reminds you about how much time you have spent gambling.
Cooling Off and Self Exclusion
Cooling-Off Period—a short term exclusion that allows the user to log into their account but prevents them from making deposits or playing during a specified time frame. During this period, the user will also be excluded from all advertising offers.
Self-Exclusion Period—a long term or indefinite exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, the user will not be able to log into their account. During this period, the user will also be excluded from all advertising offers.
Shared Limits
According to Estonian gambling law, the loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion limits set by players which are verified by personal ID number, will be shared across all our sisters casinos.
Players who shall not be playing in a casino
Players who are not eligible to participate in casino activities are subject to specific restrictions under the Estonian licensing framework. Casino regularly monitors the HAMPI exclusion list. The purpose of the list of HAMPI is to offer players the opportunity to restrict playing games. A person can choose which type of gambling he wants himself to be restricted from playing.
Protection of minors
In accordance with the Estonian legislation, the company makes reasonable efforts to ensure compliance with Responsible Gambling principles, including the prevention of underage gambling.
In accordance with Estonian law, we do not accept users under the age of 21. However, we do accept players who are 18 years of age from other jurisdictions where, it is legally possible. Our platform is not designed to appeal to children or adolescents.
