SPORTS BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per person and their family, home address, email address, IP address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system, bank account, and one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.). Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) will lead to termination of the accounts and confiscation of any gained winnings and active bonuses.
2. The player should register personally and should not provide access to their account or allow the use of the website by any third party, including but not limited to minors.
3. Any person who is a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or a consultant to Jabula Bets, or any person or entity who has a direct or indirect relationship with Jabula Bets, or a supplier of goods and/or services in connection with promotions, is disqualified from participating in promotions. Jabula Bets may, at its discretion, disqualify fraudulent entries or entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
4. The player is not allowed to abuse the bonus offers. In case of such abuse, JabulaBets has the right to prohibit the player from receiving any bonuses and to cancel any winnings received using bonus funds, both at the moment of wagering and after it.
5. All the bonuses are added according to the SA time zone.
6. The player is not allowed to use any strategies while playing with an active bonus to fulfill the requirements to wager the bonus. If the player uses such strategies, and if JabulaBets has sufficient grounds to believe that the player's actions are aimed solely at obtaining financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then JabulaBets reserves the right to cancel all the player's winnings.
7. Delaying the completion of any sports wager, including bonus features, or pending bets, to a later time when no wagering requirements remain, and/or making new deposits while such features or wagers are still active, is strictly prohibited.
8. All the deposit bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, a limitation of the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering terms, a restriction of the maximum number of bets while wagering, minimum odds, and a time limitation of the bonus life, unless otherwise indicated. Players are advised to read these in conjunction with all other terms and conditions relating to promotions. It is the responsibility of the player to check for modifications regularly.
9. Any issued bonuses are by default limited to a maximum bet during wagering: R1000 unless otherwise specified. The maximum bet limit applies to all wager types, including any bet increases after the initial wager is placed or after a result is settled, as well as any bonus or enhanced bets (such as bet boosts).
10. The winnings obtained by using bonuses become available for withdrawal only after meeting the requirements of all wagering rules.
11. All the bonuses are non-sticky, meaning that the Player cannot request a withdrawal until wagering requirements are fulfilled. In the case that the Player has real money and bonus money in their account, real money gets exhausted first. As soon as bonus money is lost, the bonus is also lost.
12. At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the conditions of wagering are not met, all bonus money and winnings are void.
13. Bonuses are automatically canceled upon active balance reaching the amount of R0.01 or less.
14. This term only applies to a balance tied to a bonus, i.e. deposit + bonus, or a bonus only (in case of a no deposit bonus), and doesn't apply to funds on a player's balance gained from other deposits or bonuses.
15. A player has the right to cancel any bonuses without proceeding with their wagering, without any loss of their own funds.
16.A player may have more than one active bonus at a time. Please note that not all bet types contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirements of a sports bonus. Straight bets on pre-match or live markets typically contribute 100% unless otherwise stated. However, system bets, cashed-out bets, voided bets, and bets placed at odds lower than the minimum qualifying odds (if applicable) may contribute less or not at all. Always refer to the specific bonus terms to understand which bet types and markets qualify toward wagering requirements.
17. When gambling with bonus funds, all the winnings requested for withdrawal pass a check before payment processing. JabulaBets reserves the right to request the user to confirm the personal data and payment method data as a result of the check.
18. The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited, particularly in the cases when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature), and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 and the bonus feature) are completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering has been met, and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.
19 .JabulaBets has the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings, as well as to confiscate all the money in the account if it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules. Players are required to submit all FICA Documents and pass FICA verification before any winnings will be allowed to be withdrawn by the customer.
20. The player shall not hold JabulaBets liable for any issues, regardless of the cause thereof, and shall not hold JabulaBets liable for any problems or technical malfunctions of any network, computer system, hardware or software related, traffic congestion, or any combination thereof, or any other technical or other problems.
21. Self-excluded persons are not allowed to register an account with JabulaBets and partake in any promotions provided by JabulaBets. If it is found that a self-excluded player has created an account with JabulaBets, their account will be closed with immediate effect and will be reported accordingly .
22. If you as a new player do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are not permitted to participate in such promotions and should not accept any bonus offers.
23. JabulaBets reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or remove all winnings, in the interests of fair gaming, should it be identified that irregular gameplay has occurred.

27. JabulaBets General Terms and Conditions shall apply. Players are advised to read these in conjunction with all other terms and conditions relating to promotions. Should there be a discrepancy between any promotion terms and conditions, the general terms and conditions shall take preference.
28. No Bets will be accepted on events that have started or already run unless on live–in–play bets. In the case that this does happen, all bets will be canceled.
29. If any fixture/event is not played or postponed due to any reason and does not occur on its arranged date and time, all bets will stand for the next day. If, after that time, the fixture/event does not occur, then all bets made will be canceled. This rule stands for all events and games offered by Jabula Bets.
30. The official result is final for settlement purposes except where specific rules state the contrary.
31. If any event is abandoned for any reason, all bets already settled up until the time of abandonment will stand.
32. Multiple bets which combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other.
33. Jabula Bets reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet and to make ambiguous bets void. No bets will unreasonably be declared void.
34. Jabula Bets reserves the right to cancel any bets from customers with any relations, involvement, or influence on the event.
35. For the odd/even markets – zero goals/points count as even, unless specified.
36. When a player places multiple bets of the same, i.e, several bets that contain the same single selection, they may be treated as being one. When this occurs, all bets will be cancelled apart from the first bet, which has resulted.
37. Where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same (or very similar) selection(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate or individuals, Jabula Bets reserves the right to cancel all bets.
38. Jabula Bets reserves the right to set the maximum payout limit across all games per customer at its own discretion. It is the responsibility of the player to review and ensure they understand all limits and pay-outs before placing a bet. In the event of an accumulator or multiple-leg bet, the maximum payout will be applied according to the lowest limit.
39. All odds, lines, handicaps, and denominations are subject to fluctuation and only become fixed at the time of bet placement and acceptance. Where an error or system failure, including but not limited to, malfunction of computer software, human error, unlawful conduct, results in an incorrect price, line, handicap, or denomination taken in a bet, the bet, and all parts of the bet, including multiple for example, will be cancelled. The customer acknowledges that Jabula Bets reserve the rights to correct any errors in odds offered at any time by substituting the corrected odds as determined by Jabula Bets, in its sole discretion in respect of the event concerned, for the original price, regardless of whether or not the bet has been struck, in which event you will be deemed to have been offered and where applicable, accepted and accordingly the bet to have been struck at the corrected odds. If the player chooses to dispute the accuracy of the betting odds that Jabula Bets has applied, the player will be required to provide facts and evidence of generally greater odds than applied by Jabula Bets.
40. Jabula Bets is not responsible for any errors in regards to the announcing, publishing, times, results or venues displayed on this website, despite every effort being made to ensure their accuracy. It is the sole responsibility of the player to check that all information is accurate at the time of publication.
41. Jabula Bets reserves the right to withhold payment and to cancelled all bets if evidence shows that the following has occurred: (i) the integrity of the event has been called into question or (ii) match rigging has taken place. Evidence may be based on the size, volumes, or pattern of bets placed with Jabula Bets across any or all of our betting channels.
42. Only one account per person in allowed on Jabula Bets. If it is found that multiple accounts have been opened under the same postcode/personal details/IP address that are found to be related to any existing account may be closed immediately, and any bets will be cancelled. Jabula Bets reserves the right to reclaim any winnings attained by these means.
43. No multiple bets can be accepted where individual legs are 'connected'. The match forms part of the overall tournament and is therefore 'connected'. Should such a bet be accepted in error, the stake will be divided equally between the connected selections.
44. Similarly, no two legs of a multiple bet can be placed from the same individual event. You cannot now add selection from within this game to form another leg of your multiple, whatever the market. This includes the 'Win/Draw/Win' market.
45. All sports are governed by the rules set out in General Rules and terms and conditions unless the rules specific to that sport or event specify differently.
46. Total pay-outs on all games/ events are subject to the pay-out limits stated in our terms and conditions. Jabula Bets reserves the right to limit the net payout on any bet or combination of bets by one Customer. This limit may vary depending on the specific sport, league, event, game and type of bet offered, irrespective of the number of bets taken or the number of individual markets or events on which bets are taken.
47. All applicable limits are available on the website, and it is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that he/she is familiar with all applicable limits before engaging in betting.
