JABULABETS SPORTS REACTIVATION OFFERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. JabulaBets Sports Reactivation Offers are promotional offers issued at JabulaBets’ discretion to selected and specifically targeted players. These offers may include, but are not limited to, Bonus Bets, odds boosts, bet insurance, enhanced rewards, cashback and other sportsbook promotional rewards.

2. Sports Offers are targeted to specific accounts and are not available to all JabulaBets players. Eligibility is determined by JabulaBets based on applicable account, player, promotional and/or campaign criteria.

3. Players will only qualify for a targeted Sports Offer where the offer is specifically displayed, communicated or made available to their eligible JabulaBets account. An offer being advertised or communicated generally does not guarantee eligibility for every player.

4. Each Sports Offer may have its own specific qualifying requirements, including minimum bet amounts, minimum or maximum odds, qualifying events or markets, bet types, promotional periods, validity periods, wagering requirements and maximum rewards. These requirements will be communicated as part of the applicable offer.

5. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Sports Offer, each promotion is limited to one reward per player and may also be restricted by account, household, device, payment method, IP address and/or other applicable identifying criteria.

6. Players may not create, operate or use multiple JabulaBets accounts for the purpose of claiming additional Sports Offers. Where multiple-account use, bonus abuse or other promotional manipulation is identified, JabulaBets reserves the right to withhold or revoke promotional rewards and associated winnings.

7. Players must register and operate their JabulaBets accounts personally. Account sharing or access by third parties, including minors, is strictly prohibited.

8. Only bets that meet all qualifying criteria specified in the applicable Sports Offer will count towards that promotion. Bets placed outside the stated promotional period will not qualify.

9. Unless otherwise specified, void, cancelled, refunded, abandoned or otherwise invalid bets will not qualify for Sports Offers. Cashed-out bets will also not qualify unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable offer.

10. Bonus Bets issued as part of Sports Offers may be subject to specific qualifying odds, eligible events, markets, bet types, validity periods and wagering requirements. The applicable conditions will be communicated with each Bonus Bet offer.

11. Unless otherwise specified, a Bonus Bet stake is not returned as part of any winnings. Only the winnings generated from the Bonus Bet will be credited to the player's cash balance in accordance with the applicable promotional mechanics.

12. Where a Sports Offer includes a wagering requirement, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed within the stated validity period. Failure to meet the requirement within the specified period may result in the forfeiture of the applicable promotional reward and/or associated winnings.

13. Where a Sports Offer requires a qualifying deposit before winnings or rewards may be withdrawn, the applicable minimum deposit and any associated wagering requirement will be specified in the offer terms.

14. Promotional rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player or used for any purpose other than that specified in the applicable Sports Offer.

15. JabulaBets reserves the right to withhold, cancel, remove or reverse a promotional reward where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, multiple-account use, manipulation, technical error or any attempt to circumvent the promotional terms.

16. In the event of a technical, configuration or administrative error resulting in an incorrect promotional reward, JabulaBets reserves the right to correct or reverse the incorrect reward, subject to applicable law and regulation.

17. Employees, affiliates, partners, suppliers and other individuals directly or indirectly associated with JabulaBets may be excluded from participating in certain Sports Offers where applicable.

18. Self-excluded players are not eligible to receive or participate in promotional Sports Offers. JabulaBets will apply applicable responsible gambling and regulatory requirements.

19. All Sports Offers are issued and governed according to South African Standard Time (SAST), unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion.

20. JabulaBets reserves the right to amend, update, suspend, withdraw or cancel any Sports Offer where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law and regulation. Any applicable changes will be communicated through the relevant JabulaBets channels.

21. Where a qualifying Sports Offer is not automatically credited, players should contact JabulaBets customer support before placing any bets that may affect their eligibility, unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion.

22. JabulaBets may request verification documents, including FICA documentation, before processing withdrawals where required by applicable law, regulation or internal verification procedures.

23. General JabulaBets Terms and Conditions and applicable Sportsbook promotional rules apply in conjunction with these Sports Offers Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific terms of the applicable Sports Offer will apply to that promotion, subject to the General JabulaBets Terms and applicable law.

24. For any complaints or queries relating to Sports Offers, players may contact JabulaBets customer support via the applicable support channels. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant gambling authority in accordance with applicable procedures.
