The Company reserves the right to terminate such a Player Account and suspend and/or cancel all payouts to the player. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Company and the Player will not be notified or informed about the reasons for such actions. 9.3. The Casino retains the right to close a Player’s account at its sole discretion and issue a refund of the remaining balance, minus any applicable withdrawal fees. This may be done without prior notice and without the need to provide any explanation.
9.4. The Casino strictly prohibits any form of advantage play. Players attempting to exploit welcome offers or other promotional campaigns acknowledge that the Company may, at its discretion, cancel any related bonuses and associated winnings. 11. WITHDRAWAL POLICY

12. DORMANT ACCOUNTS
12.1. If You have not logged in or logged out for six consecutive months, your account obtains Inactive (dormant) status. The Casino reserves the right to charge Your account for a monthly administrative fee of a minimum 25 EUR (or an equivalent amount in Your account active balance currency) as long as Your account has a positive balance.
12.2. By submitting the consent with these Terms and Conditions, You authorize the Casino to debit this fee from Your account at the beginning of the month following the day on which Your account has obtained Inactive status, of which You will be informed by email. The Casino will stop deducting the administrative fee if your account is reactivated or the account balance reaches zero.
13. DETECTION OF GAMBLING ADDICTION
13.1. The casino conducts screening for signs of gambling addiction among players in accordance with internal rules and policies developed to ensure responsible gaming.
